I just had mine done (which reminds me, gotta put the cheque in the mail).  I had it done by Breezy Canvas in Seattle.  They're local only.  You didn't say where you're located, so not sure if this helps you.  They did great work (albeit slow) and I'm very happy with the outcome.  First thing he noticed was that the original spray hood was using the tension in the fabric to hold up the metal frame.  He fixed that by adding one more leg of metal frame.  It's *much* more secure now and makes a better hand hold when going forward.  Whenever you're doing yours, make sure you check on this.
